宝洁设计标准Global_Formulated_Products_Electrical_Specification_2010
Purpose The intent of this document is to provide the P&G Electrical Engineer and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) the electrical requirements needed to design and build a machine, process skid or electrical panel for global use. In addition guidelines are also provided for machines/process skids that are region or site specific. It is critical that the OEM receiving this specification understands the requirements. Based on project experience the only way to successfully convey those requirements are to have the responsible P&G Electrical Engineer explain the document in person with the vendor. At that time a compliance sheet should be generated to capture all deviations to this specification and then signed off by the responsible P&G Electrical Engineer and the OEM contact. Introduction This specification covers electrical equipment (i.e. machines, process skids, electrical panels – referred to as equipment or machines throughout this document) purchased from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), equipment fabricators, or designed by System Integrators. This document specifies the laws and regulations that shall be followed. In addition, there are electrical design choices and the minimum P&G requirements that should be considered. It addresses the Laws & Regulations for the U.S. and EU, which are generally considered the most stringent and widely applied standards in the world. It defines the various options and strategies that can be used to design equipment for sole use in the U.S., the sole use in the EU, or for use globally (i.e. in most, but perhaps not all, countries of the world). The P&G Electrical Engineer shall provide the equipment supplier with direction as to which option(s) the OEM is to follow based on whether the machine design is region specific or if the design is for global application. Any exceptions to the specification/requirements document provided to the OEM shall be requested in writing and approved by the P&G Electrical Engineer. Any questions about or inconsistencies in the specification shall be directed to the P&G Electrical Engineer for resolution
