1. Scope 前言
This Painting Technology Specification covers surface preparation and painting specification. This document is organized on basis of International Protective Coatings Products Data Sheets of ANIP. It is composed of additional regulations and the detail descriptions in the above documents mentioned, and therefore is not to be the substitute of them. The specification is prepared with the reference of the Project Contract Specification.
本技术工艺涵盖了表面处理及涂料技术规格。文件根据阿克苏诺贝尔防护涂料产品手册制定的，不是取代任何该项目的规范文件，而是对它们补充说明或细节性描述。此外，本文件服从于此项目合同技术规范中提到的要求。
2. General 概述
2.1 The term “Engineer” represents the Owner or its representative.
“工程师”是指业主方或业主方代表。
2.2 The term “Contractor” represents the organization responsible for performing the coating application or maintenance painting work detailed in this specification and the procurement documents. All requirements specified herein pertaining to the Contractor is also applicable to any sub-contractors performing the specified work.
“承包方”是指负责涂装施工并使之符合规范和文件要求的组织者。所有与承包方有关的规定要求也同样适用于分包方。
