     本标准的制定主要参考了E N  3 0 0  3 8 6 - 2 0 0 2《 电信网络设备的电磁兼容性要求》 、N B 3 0《 电信准则官
方公报》 、G B 9 2 5 4 - 1 9 9 8《 信息技术设备的无线电骚扰限值和测量方法》 、G B / T  1 7 6 1 8 - 1 9 9 8《 信息技术设
备的抗扰度限值和测量方法》等标准。由于国际上没有对应的相关标准,所以本标准主要根据我国通信的
实际情况选取试验项目和试验等级。
     本标准由信息产业部电信研究院提出并归口。

数字用户线(xDSL)设备电磁兼容性要求和测里方法
1范围
    本标准规定了xDSL系列设备的电磁兼容性要求及测量方法。
    本标准适用于xDSL的局端和用户端设备,包括HDSL, SHDSL, ADSL和VDSL等。

    下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修
改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否

E U T按照标准的要求配置和运行。
局端设备 用户峭设备
圈 , x D S L接入系统 ( 带分离登)布,
     具有分离器的典型试验布置见图 1 所示。收发单元和分离器可以是独立的单元或集成在一起。
     对于 H D S L和S H D S L等不具有分离器的系统而言,一条线路只包含一个 D S L收发单元,试验布置如
图 2所示。

圈2  x D S L搜入系统 ( 不带分离.)布,    试验时,必须使用线路模拟器或实际电缆长度进行试验环回。如果本标准中没有特殊规定,承载xD-
SL业务的线缆必须延长距离EUT机箱端口至少4m,
    EUT的信号或控制端口需要连接能激活本端口的辅助设备,其输出端口需要采用标称负载阻抗端接。
为了避免无用信号的影响,对用于监测EUT性能的测量设备应按要求进行测量。
    EUT的试验条件应尽可能地与实际的安装条件接近,布线应与实际过程相一致。除非另有说明和要
求,EUT应安装在支架内或机箱内,并且所有的盖板及接线板应按照正常运行条件放置。
    信号端口分成两种类型:
    —提供电信业务(第三方话务)的主信号端口;
    —仅能被操作员或业务提供者使用的辅助信号端口。例如,用于告警、维护等的端口。
    应有足够数量的端口被正确地端接,以保证试验代表正常的运行条件。而且,所选择的端口应在试
验报告中具体说明。为美观和路由目的的捆扎线缆应当被分开来进行单独测试。
    EUT的接地应按照说明书的要求连接至参考地。
    如果EUT为大型系统,测量布置见EN 300 1270
    连接至EUT的电缆类型应在试验报告中注明。
    试验配置应记录在试验报告中。
4.2运行条件
    试验应在EUT正常供电且尽可能在典型的运行条件下进行。系统必须工作在最大传输速率,满频谱
工作。必须在同步和非同步两种模式下分别进行测试。
    在抗扰度试验时,应通过电缆环回或线路模拟器馈人噪声信号,其电平应比使系统达到1x10-'误码
率的噪声电平低6 dB.
    所有端口应当正常端接或连接到相应的辅助设备。
4.2.1  EUT布f
    EUT的线缆布置、接地、互连和EUT的摆放必须模拟典型应用情况,并且同产品说明书相一致。
    EUT的骚扰最大化或抗扰度最小化的布置通常不会直观明显地得到。在大多数的情况下,需要有所
选择,这可能会重复进行试验。例如:可能需要移动端口电缆或在试验的初始阶段改变 EUT的方向,同
时观察效果,只有正常使用情况下的布置才有可能考虑。
    所选择的布置应当详细地记录在试验报告中,同时必须包括选择这种试验布置的理由。
4.2.2性能分析仪
    性能分析仪和其它辅助设备应当充分地同EUT去藕合,以保证不会因为此类设备的性能而影响到试
验的结果。
